Overview

Entertainment Expo which aims to be the base of International Film Market in Asia has lots of events including Hong Kong International Film Festival opened for one month, Filmart which is the biggest film market in Asia, Asian Film Award proposing to be the Academy Award of Asia and HAF which is the project market.
HAF 2008 selected two Japanese big name directors’ projects done by Hideo Nakata and Kentaro Otani. These two directors were popular hugely, and they had many meetings including the magazine and TV coverage in three days.
Moreover, five producers as observers participated in HAF as a result of the partnership with J-Pitch. The relationship between J-Pitch and HAF tight strongly as J-Pitch was only one organization which had the meeting space, J-Pitch room, in the HAF related establishments.
